Microdosing Education & Integration Support
Microdosing Education & Integration Support
A personalized, education-based approach to intentional microdosing. I help clients prepare for their experience, clarify intentions, understand harm-reduction considerations, establish supportive wellness practices, track their experiences, and integrate what they learn into everyday life.
Our work may incorporate journaling, mindfulness, breathwork, movement, sound, time in nature, creative practices, and other individualized integration tools.
Rather than focusing solely on the days a person microdoses, we use the entire process to explore patterns, habits, relationships, emotional awareness, and meaningful goals. The emphasis is on curiosity, reflection, personal agency, and creating sustainable changes outside of the psychedelic experience.
I do not diagnose or treat medical or mental-health conditions, prescribe medications, or advise clients to discontinue prescription medications. Medication questions and medical concerns should be discussed with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Your program includes:
• Initial 60-minute preparation, education, and intention-setting session
• Five weekly 4-minute private coaching/integration sessions
• Final 60-minute integration and reflection session
• Personal tracking tools and journal prompts
• Educational materials
• Integration practices that may include journaling, mindfulness, breathwork, sound, movement, nature, and creative practices
• Limited between-session messaging for brief questions, observations, and coaching support
Program investment: $249
Messages are not monitored continuously and are not an emergency service. Responses are generally provided within ___ business hours. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis/medical resource rather than waiting for a response from your coach.
